ButeykoKent provides a professional and caring service, training andsupporting patients with asthma and other hyperventilation relatedhealth problems. The Buteyko Method training is in accord with thestandards and guidelines set by the Buteyko Institute for Better Health(BIBH) and is constantly being improved and developed through mutualexchange of practice experience throughout the world.

There are four main areas of training offered:

Free Introductory Seminarsare available to any interested group, for patient groups, schools,medical practices or companies. These seminars can be arranged to meetyour available time and requirements.
They may be shortexplanatory talks of half an hour that focus on the theory, physiologyand practice for medical staff, ideally suited to lunchtime CPDsessions.

Regular Free Introductory Seminarsof 90 minutes for patients who want to learn more about the ButeykoMethod before committing themselves to the full training course. Theseseminars are designed to be of practical value as well as beinginformative, as every participant will leave with enough knowledgeabout the method to make a start on improving their health for day one.

Full Buteyko Method Training Coursesare based on five 90 minute sessions spread over 2-3 weeks plustelephone and e-mail support for twelve months.
